The John Jeffries House is a non-smoking facility.
Room rates are subject to a 14.45% room tax (5.7% state, 6.0% city and a 2.75%
convention center). In addition, a 6.25% sales tax will be applied to fax or
telephone calls.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy, except for the Studio Room which
is for one person only, and all daily rates are subject to change without notice.
A Complimentary American Continental Breakfast is included with all rates.
Reservations may be guaranteed with a major credit card. Once a reservation is
guaranteed it may be cancelled by notifying The John Jeffries House by 2 p.m.,
24 hours prior to the day before arrival. A one-night charge will be forfeited for
failure to comply with the cancellation policy.
We will do everything possible to honor your special request for specific
room location, however we cannot guarantee it.
Sorry, no roll-a-way beds are provided.
